Life can get busy, hectic and uncertain. One way to bring order and focus is how we start the day.
Wake up consciously 30 minutes and try #BEST90
B is for breath work, E is for exercise, S is for stillness and T is for top priorities. 90 is for days (90 days)
BREATHWORK 10 min
– You can also time yourself 1 min and 20 seconds deep breathing without stopping, followed by one exhail fully and hold 30 seconds, then take one deep breath and hold for 15 seconds. Repeat this 3 times (2nd time on the exhail hold for 1 minute and 3rd time hold for 1:30)
EXERCISE 10 min
– you can time yourself with body workouts 10/15 pushups, situps, squats etc with a 30 second break for 10 min.
– or find a video you prefer
STILLNESS 10 MIN
– or time yourself for 10 mins as you sit with your back straight. One focus can be a clear sky and if thoughts arise let the clouds go by and get back to the big sky.
-write down and put into your calendar as a reminder to pop up throughout the day what needs to be done (3-5 items)
