1. What does thriving mean to you?  Going beyond just surviving but operating at your best through preparation and self care and connection to what really matters (the people you surround yourself with).

2. What’s the one domino that moves you toward thriving?  Nourishing food that helps me grow.

3. What was or is your favourite way to sabotage yourself?  Trying to prove myself.

4. What gets you back on track?  Remembering that I am enough.

5. What question should we ask ourselves?  What is my highest calling and deepest purpose and greatest gift to share with the world?

6. What did you learn recently?  That I can be more fearless.

7. Divide your age by half , who were you then?  A bratty, overachieving, entitled teenager who had just began turning her behavior around when she realized how important her family was to her development.

8. What was one of your aha/breakthrough moments?  The first time I did psychedelics. I was speechless.

9. Whats the one resource you would recommend?  Tara Brach’s podcasts.

10. What is your favourite quote?  Everything in moderation including excess on occasion.

11. What is your focus this year?  Refine, document and transmit my health philosophy; start a podcast; become an expert in continuous glucose monitoring; start a skincare company; ask for help; travel more. I’ve accomplished most of these things!

12. What is your 3/5 year focus?  Scale Dr Molly.

13. What do you want to be known for, generations to come?  Radical

14. Who is one of the people that made an impact on your life?  Tom Chi!!! He taught me rapid prototyping.

15. What are you thankful for?  My family and community

16. If a dysfunctional home/past has three legs holding up a table (which is unstable). What leg(s) would you add to make your life stronger?
A husband / partner

17. What is your favourite memory of this year?
Burning Man 2018 or Esalen last month (gave a speech on healfhspan).

18. Think 3/5 years from now, what is your hell if you don’t take action or self sabotage?  Still single without a family.

19. What do you need to have LESS of in your life?  Hmmmm… less people who are mentally unfit.

20. What rule should we be breaking?
Taking certain psychedelic drugs for spiritual and existential growth should not be a crime.

21 . What’s the one thing you want to do before you die?  Have a baby.

22. If i am just starting out to transform my life, what one week practice would you recommend?  Ashtanga Yoga for at least an hour a day.
