1. What does thriving mean to you?
Having it all across the board in your life. Not sacrificing any area of your life, but instead thriving in wealth, and abundance, in love and passion, in prosperity and health – in all of it across the board. So for me, it’s really holistic.

2. What’s the one domino that moves you toward thriving?
For me, it’s personal growth. Going within and understanding that your external reality is created in direct proportion to how deep you go within yourself. What you feel within is reflected on the outside.

3. What was or is your favourite way to sabotage yourself?
One of the biggest ways to sabotage myself has been committing to too many things and getting overwhelmed. This is something I’ve worked on a lot, I really trained myself to have a single focus and put systems in place to ensure I won’t get overwhelmed.

4. What gets you back on track?
Having systems and structures set up internally and externally. Another thing that gets me back on track is My Big Vision, really connecting in with my why, remembering what’s the point of it all.

5. What question should we ask ourselves?
I would recommend you ask yourself this question:
“If I was to thrive in every area of my life and experience total abundance what will it look like?” Ask yourself that and then really tune into the endless possibilities that are available within each and every single one of us.

 6. What did you learn recently?
The more you can tap into altered states of consciousness the more you can accelerate thriving in your life. There are many different tools to do this: you can do this through meditation, through breathwork, though sacred medicine and other deep channeling practices. I found that when I get into altered states of manifestation everything is accelerate.

7. Divide your age by half, who were you then?
I was at school, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I was an overachiever – I loved creating goals at school and was working really hard for them. I was obsessed with music and in the performing arts. But if you were to ask me what I wanted to do with my future, I really had no idea what I was looking to create.

8. What was one of your aha/breakthrough moments?
It happened when I was at University, studying to become an architect. I remember how one of the lectores asked us to visualize our future as architects 20 years from now and what I saw looked to me like the worst life ever. It was then that I decided that I really didn’t want to do that. I decided that I was going to figure out WHY am I here and how do I create a life that I love.

9. What’s the one resource you would recommend?
The Abundance Codes book. It has 52 cards to activate abundance across all the areas of your life and create a life where you really are thriving in every way. http://www.theabundancecodes.com

10. What is your favourite quote?
I’m very simple and one of my favourite quotes is actually Nike’s slogan: “Just Do It”.
I feel like so many people spend their whole life going around in circles when really they just need to do it. They need to do the inner work, they need to take the external actions and they just need to go for it.

11. What are your top VALUES?
It’s definitely contribution – I’m heavenly driven by how do I get to contribute to the world. Then it’s connection.  Connection with myself, connection with my partner, connection with my tribe, my family. It’s really an important one for me. Third key value is variety. I love the variety in my work, in what I’m wearing, in destinations I’m traveling to – it fits really well with my lifestyle.

 11. What is your focus this year?
This year was about lying down solid foundations around a few key things in my life and my business: rolling out a new website, developing an app, putting in place systems and structures in order to scale the business. I ask myself every day “How do I get to impact more people” and this question is driving all of the work.

 13. You write a book for your grandkids, what principles do you want to pass on?
You can create a life that you love. You can have it all and have it on your terms,  regardless of what things look like for you right now. You don’t have to sacrifice anything.

 14. Who is one of the people that made an impact on your life?
That would be my dad! At a very early age, he told me that I could do absolutely anything I wanted to do and I can be absolutely anything that I wanted to be. He has been a great cheerleader for me.

15. What are you thankful for?
I’m deeply grateful for my whole life. I’m very grateful for my beautiful relationship, I’m grateful for my family, I’m grateful for my business and how I get to impact and change the world every single moment.

16. If someone grew up in a dysfunctional/chaotic home what advice would you give them going forward?
My advice would be to look at all the things that you didn’t get from your childhood. Thoughts like “I never received love”, “I never received praise”, “I didn’t receive safety” etc. Now, look at how can you give that to yourself.  When you do that you start healing your inner child from within.

17. What is your favourite memory of this year?
The recent “Releasing Into Abundance” live immersion that we’ve done in Peru. Seeing 25 powerful people going so deep, pilling the layers and being so committed to doing the inner work was really powerful.

 18. Think 3/5 years from now, what is your hell if you don’t take action or self-sabotage?
My hell is being in the same place. My worst nightmare would be to live a year and at the end of the year realize that I’ve made the same amount of money helped the same amount of people and there’s no growth.

19. What do you need to have LESS of in your life?
I feel like in the past I would have said “less drama, less stress” … But now I really feel like I’ve created a life on my terms and there’s nothing that I don’t enjoy. It took a lot of work to get to that point, but I can confidently say that there’s nothing that I would desire to have less of in my life.

 20. What rule should we be breaking?
We should be breaking the rules of society. Society tells us that we have to fit into a box – go to school, get good grades, then get a job and then work really-really hard, maybe until we die… Do break any rules that are not your own rules. To create a life on your terms you need to define YOUR rules, not follow someone else’s formulas.

21. What’s the one thing you want to do before you die?
I want to impact over a billion people.

22. If I am just starting out to transform my life, what one week practice would you recommend?
I would recommend starting a journal about your vision. Too many people never create a great life, because they can not decide what is that they really want. Give yourself a permission to dream again and start journaling. Ask yourself: “What would that look like if I was to live a reality with no limitations”. Start painting that vision and then start living it.

23. Who would you like to acknowledge by nominating them to be showcased @ THRIVEMASTERS?
I would nominate my partner Juan Pablo Barahona

24. How can people connect with you?
